TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read these Terms of Service (the “Agreement”) carefully. Your use of the Site (as defined below) constitutes your consent to this Agreement.

This Agreement is between you and King Me Da Empire Business LLC (“King Me Da Empire,” “we,” or “us”) concerning your use of and access to the King Me Da Empire website currently located at https://kingmedaempire.com/ (together with any materials and services available therein, including but not limited to music services, merchandise, artist opportunities, studio booking, and Portrait Kings media services, the “Site”).

This Agreement hereby incorporates by reference any additional terms and conditions posted by King Me Da Empire through the Site, or otherwise made available to you by King Me Da Empire.

This Agreement contains a mandatory arbitration provision that, as further set forth in Section 18 below, requires the use of arbitration on an individual basis to resolve disputes, rather than jury trials or any other court proceedings, or class actions of any kind.

We may change this Agreement from time to time by notifying you of such changes by any reasonable means, including by posting a revised Agreement through the Site. Any such changes will not apply to any dispute between you and us arising prior to the date on which we posted the revised Agreement. Your continued use of the Site following any changes to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

We may, at any time and without liability, modify or discontinue all or part of the Site (including access to certain services such as studio bookings, music distribution, or event ticketing); charge, modify or waive any fees required to use the Site; or offer opportunities to some or all Site users.

Your submission of information through the Site is governed by King Me Da Empire’s Privacy Policy, located at https://kingmedaempire.com/privacy-policy.

You represent and warrant that any information you provide in connection with the Site is and will remain accurate and complete, and that you will maintain and update such information as needed.

The Site is controlled and operated from the United States and is not intended to subject King Me Da Empire to any non-U.S. jurisdiction or law. Any use of the Site is at your own risk, and you must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

In connection with the Site, you must not:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or fraudulent activity.
   
• Post, transmit or otherwise make available through the Site any virus, malware, or harmful code.
   
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, services, or servers.
   
• Restrict or inhibit any other person from using the Site.
   
• Misuse or copy King Me Da Empire’s intellectual property, including music, logos, photography, or digital content, without express written consent.
   
• Use the Site to exploit, defraud, or harass artists, clients, or business partners.
   

The Site may make available listings, descriptions, and images of goods or services such as:

• Music distribution and label services
   
• Studio booking (King Me Da Empire Studios)
   
• Events and concerts (e.g., Increase the Peace, artist showcases)
   
• Merchandise (clothing, accessories, digital content)
   
• Portrait Kings photography and production services
   

King Me Da Empire makes reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe its products and services but does not guarantee that all details (such as pricing, availability, or specifications) will be error-free.

If you purchase or book a service through the Site (a “Transaction”), you may be asked to supply certain relevant information, such as your payment details, billing/shipping information, or booking preferences. By submitting such information, you authorize us to process payments and facilitate the Transaction.

You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Site at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred, including taxes, shipping, or booking fees where applicable.

Refunds and exchanges for merchandise, events, or services will be subject to King Me Da Empire’s applicable refund policies.

Merchandise purchases are intended for personal use only and may not be resold. Any international customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

You may need to register for certain services, such as booking a studio session, uploading music, or purchasing event tickets. Your login credentials are for personal use only and must be kept confidential. You are responsible for any use or misuse of your account.

We may monitor use of the Site and services to ensure compliance but are not obligated to do so.

King Me Da Empire and its affiliates own the Site and all related intellectual property. Our trade names, trademarks, and service marks include but are not limited to:

• King Me Da Empire
   
• Portrait Kings
   
• Increase the Peace
   
• Kings Introduction to Leadership
   

You may not use these names, marks, or logos without prior written consent.

We may link to or make available third-party services, products, or platforms (such as payment processors, music streaming services, or ticket vendors). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

From time to time, we may run promotions, contests, or giveaways. These will be subject to additional terms and conditions.

The Site, services, and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, King Me Da Empire will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site, services, or products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless King Me Da Empire and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Site, services, or any violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, not in a class action.

This Agreement is the entire understanding between you and King Me Da Empire. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall still apply.
